BHHS Fox & Roach, Realtors and The Trident Group have a long-standing legacy of giving back to the communities we serve through Fox & Roach/Trident Charities. As a company, we support Charities’ mission of addressing the needs of children and families in stressful life circumstances. But how can we expand our outreach to a more diverse population?
Community Lending Group
Our Community Lending group is expanding its outreach efforts to underserved communities. Through designated mortgage consultants and a Community Lending Center in Philadelphia we are committed to expanding homeownership opportunities to those who may not have thought they could achieve the dream of homeownership.
Our credit education program helps our customers who have credit challenges. Offered free of charge, a member of our team will evaluate the barriers and will assist in devising a plan to help get them on the path to homeownership.
For our limited English proficient clients (LEP), we provide interpretation service at no cost. Our staff can connect a client with an experienced interpreter who is well-versed in financial services terminology and concepts.

Strategic Partnerships
As a means of improving homeownership opportunities, we have developed partnerships, participated in housing fairs and sponsorships, and collaborated with financial literacy and credit education programs.
Charitable Giving
Since its inception in 1995, Fox & Roach/Trident Charities has built a legacy of giving, donating time, services and money to the many local communities we serve. It is funded solely by contributors and gives 100% of its proceeds to eligible nonprofits across our market area. To date, our sales professionals, employees and the Board of Trustees of Fox & Roach/Trident Charities have donated over $8 million to more than 250 non-profits. In addition we have volunteered over 300,000 volunteer hours which would translate to another $6.6 million.
Community Service Day is an important annual company-wide tradition for BHHS Fox & Roach/Trident. Every October our company closes its doors for one day and sales professionals and employees lend a helping hand to those in our community in need. A day of hammering nails, painting walls, and sprucing up yards—at soup kitchens, daycare centers, shelters, food banks and construction sites—allows us to give back to the community, touch lives, and help the less fortunate.
